Jaecoo SUVs

Jaecoo is a spinoff brand of Chery, launching in Australia in 2025 with the petrol and plug-in hybrid J7. It’s part of a global strategy by Chinese Chery to market vehicles under separate brand names. That includes Jaecoo, positioned as a more premium brand than the namesake Chery brand.

Chery also sells premium vehicles overseas under the Exeed and Jetour brand names, while it sells the Omoda 5 under a separate ‘Omoda’ brand name in certain markets.
