The Nissan Patrol enters 2021 unchanged, offering a feature-packed but petrol-only alternative to the indomitable Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series.

UPDATE, 1/2/2021: Nissan has increased prices of the Patrol range, citing the cost of doing business. There are no specification changes.
From July 1, 2021, the Patrol has gotten $2250 more expensive in base Ti trim and $750 more expensive in the top Ti-L spec.
Nissan has cited external factors as the reason for the price increases, which followed increases of $1150 and $575 for the two models earlier this year.
Despite the price increase, the Patrol is unchanged.
Though it doesn’t offer a diesel engine like the LandCruiser – a more popular powertrain for this type of car – it offers a tantalisingly lower price.
To get an equivalent level of equipment to the flagship Ti-L, you’re looking at a 200 Series LandCruiser Sahara with a price over $30,000 higher. However, a completely redesigned LandCruiser is around the corner and, while it will likely be pricier, it will be a more modern alternative to the Patrol.
All prices exclude on-road costs.
