    The 2010 BMW 3 Series is a Medium Luxury offered in 4D sedan, 2D coupe, 2D convertible and 5D station wagon body styles. Used prices in Australia typically range from $54,500 for the Executive variant and topping out at $162,900 for the M3.

    There are 12 variants of the 3 Series available in Australia and this generation went on sale in September of 2009.

    Engine options include 3.0L turbo petrol direct injection (225kW/400Nm), 2.5L multi-point injection (160kW/250Nm), 3.0L turbo diesel common rail (180kW/520Nm), 2.0L turbo diesel common rail (130kW/350Nm), 2.0L multi-point injection (115kW/200Nm) and 4.0L multi-point injection (309kW/400Nm). Available with 6-speed automatic, 6-speed manual or manual transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
