    There are two engines offered in the 2023 Honda Accord, first of which is a turbocharged 1.5-litre petrol four-cylinder

    It produces 140kW of power and 260Nm of torque, put to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission (CVT). 

    The hybrid pairs a 2.0-litre petrol four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for a combined 158kWand 315Nm, put once again to the front wheels using a hybrid-specific e-CVT transmission.

    Servicing is required every 12 months or 10,000km – whichever comes first. 

    Capped price servicing has increased by $74 per service across the Honda range for 2023, but the Accord is still cheaper to service than a Toyota Camry which costs $255 per service for both petrol and hybrid models.

    The first five services cost $199, for a total of $995 over five years.

    As with the entire Honda range, the Accord is backed by a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.
