The new Porsche cars coming to Australia in 2024

Porsche will welcome updated versions of its largest cars to Australia in 2024, although when the new Macan will touch down isn't clear.

Porsche will bring the new Panamera and new hybrid versions of the Cayenne to Australia in 2024.

The Cayenne S E-Hybrid and Turbo E-Hybrid are on track to touch down early in 2024, ahead of the new Panamera line-up which will arrive later in the first quarter.

They follow in the wheel tracks of the updated Cayenne, Cayenne S, and Cayenne Turbo GT, which are now rolling into Australian showrooms.

The electric Macan SUV will be revealed early in 2024, but its arrival time for Australia hasn’t yet been confirmed. We’d be banking on a late 2024 arrival at best.

We’ve also recently covered spy photos of an updated version of the Taycan electric car. It’s not clear exactly what that will be, but it’s likely to be revealed in 2024.

Mystery also surrounds the updated 911.

We’ve snapped prototypes in a range of different trims, but when it’ll be revealed hasn’t been locked in.

Porsche has been caught putting hybrid versions of the 911 through their paces, but whether hybrid technology will debut on the regular line-up or a special edition motorsports car isn’t clear.

To date in 2023, Porsche has sold 5750 cars in Australia. Its best seller is the Macan SUV, with 2746 deliveries, followed by the Cayenne range with 1478 deliveries.
