Volkswagen is close to offering a full SUV range. It has the Touareg and Tiguan at the top end, and the Golf-based T-Roc sitting in the middle.

Now, at the bottom end of the range, there’s the Polo-based T-Cross.

The brand’s new entry-level SUV goes head-to-head with the Mazda CX-3 and Nissan Juke, although it sacrifices some style in favour of luggage an occupant space compared to those two.

The T-Cross is available in just two variants, Life and Style, priced at $27,990 and $30,990 before on-road costs, respectively.
