Mercedes-AMG C Comparison
The new four-cylinder 2024 Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance has been priced for Australia, and rings up at $187,900 before on-road costs. That’s $19,724 more expensive than the old V8-powered C63 sedan.

Despite swapping a twin-turbo V8 for a turbocharged four-cylinder plug-in hybrid powertrain for the C63, power is up by 125kW and torque by 420Nm. The C43 has also ditched the V6 and gone with the same four-cylinder without the electric assistance, which sees power up 13kW up but 20Nm down on the old V6.
