Nissan is recalling its Zsports car as one of its safety features may not work properly.
“Due to a manufacturing issue, the wiring harness behind the front bumper may have been routed incorrectly,” the company says in its recall notice.
“As a result, the pedestrian detection sensor may not function as intended.
“In the event of an accident, if the pedestrian detection sensor does not operate as intended it could increase the risk of injury or death to pedestrians.”

If you own an affected vehicle, you’ll need to make an appointment at a Nissan dealership to have the front bumper wiring harness replaced, free of charge.
