Mercedes-Benz GLBs from 2024 are being recalled for tyres that may deflate as they don't meet manufacturing specifications.
Mercedes-Benz is recalling 174 examples of its GLB due to an issue with the mid-sized luxury SUV’s tyres.
“The tyres within this production range may not meet manufacturing specifications which may lead to deflation of the tyre,” the company says in its recall notice.
“A sudden loss of air pressure may result in loss of vehicle control increasing the risk of an accident, causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.”

If you own an affected vehicle, you’ll need to contact a Mercedes-Benz dealership as soon as possible to have the work carried out, free of charge.
