2025 Mahindra XUV700 price and specs

A new Black Edition has joined an otherwise unchanged Mahindra XUV700 lineup for 2025, bringing new features and a meaner look.

The MahindraXUV700 remains unchanged for the 2025 model year, apart from a new, blacked-out model to sit atop the range.

Mahinda’s new flagship model for the seven-seat SUV lineup, the Black Edition, brings not only a stealthier appearance but also extra equipment not currently featured elsewhere in the local range.

The other two variants – the AX7 and AX7 L – both remain unchanged in terms of pricing and specifications.

The XUV700 is a unibody SUV with seven seats and front-wheel drive, and it’s offered only with petrol power in Australia.

That’s in contrast with the similarly sized Scorpio, which is a six-seat, body-on-frame, diesel-powered SUV.

The XUV700 uses McPherson strut front suspension and a multi-link setup at the rear, with frequency-selective damping.

Unlike the Scorpio, it also features a range of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), including autonomous emergency braking (AEB), adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, Smart Pilot Assist, and traffic sign recognition.
