Chery is taking on GWM, Honda, Hyundai, MG and Toyota with a new small hybrid SUV with a sharp base price of $29,990 drive-away.
After releasing Tiggo 4 Hybrid pricing on its website earlier, which we published on July 1, Chery has now released full specifications for the small hybrid SUV.

The Hybrid Urban commands a $6000 price premium over the petrol Urban, while the Hybrid Ultimate is $8000 more expensive.
While Chery charges a significant premium for hybrid power, the Tiggo 4 Hybrid undercuts almost all of its rivals. That includes the MG ZS Hybrid+, which starts at $32,990 drive-away.
The GWM Haval Jolion Hybrid Premium is currently being offered for an identical $29,990 drive-away, however. This is a saving of $3000 off the regular drive-away price, but the offer is due to end on September 30, 2025.
