Mitsubishi has made some tweaks to its Outlander range for 2024, increasing prices by up to $800 across the range.
The petrol-powered, five-seat ES AWD has also been removed from the range, but the Black Edition – available only with petrol power, front-wheel drive and seven seats – has been made a full-time member of the Outlander family.
This variant includes a black grille, as well as black-finish door mirrors, lower bumper treatments, B- and C-pillar garnishes, and 20-inch black alloy wheels. Inside, there’s a black headliner and pillar trims, plus Mi-Suede seat upholstery with synthetic leather bolsters.
Automatic headlights are now standard on the base ES, while the Outlander’s rear fog lamp now uses LEDs.
There’s a new rear seat alert function across the range, which detects rear door use upon entry and can notify the driver with either an instrument cluster message or horn notification when they’re exiting the vehicle.
A Graphite Grey metallic finish joins the exterior colour palette, and is available across the range. This can also be combined with a Black Mica roof on the Exceed Tourer.
Exceed Tourer models also get the option of a Black Diamond body with a Sterling Silver roof.
All petrol models continue to feature seven seats apart from the base ES, while the PHEV range comprises five-seat ES and Aspire variants and seven-seat Exceed and Exceed Tourer models.
All prices exclude on-road costs.
