Mazda Japan has detailed a mild update for its big-selling CX-5 medium SUV.

Headline news is the addition of the new CX-60’s Rhodium White premium metallic paint, which joins existing Mazda hero hues such as Soul Red Crystal, Polymetal Grey, and Zircon Sand.

The company has also added a USB-C point, and wireless Apple CarPlay for the existing 10.25-inch display.

That appears to be the changes in full. We’ve reached out to Mazda Australia to see when we can expect them to arrive here.

The CX-5 is far and away Mazda’s top-selling car in Australia, with 21,124 delivered to customers so far this year – placing it second in class behind the Toyota RAV4.

The latest smaller, iterative improvements follow a more sizeable CX-5 update which arrived in Australia at the start of 2022.
