The Land Rover Discovery Sport has seen a shuffling of options for 2022, with some items struck from the options list. Prices start at $66,810 before on-roads.

Land Rover has streamlined the dizzying array of options on its Discovery Sport for 2022.
The flagship R-Dynamic HSE loses its ClearSight digital rear-view mirror but scores standard matrix LED headlights.
The trick mirror is now an option, while a surround-view camera with wade sensing is now optional across the range instead of standard fitment.
Standalone options including 21-inch alloy wheels, a heated windscreen, locking wheel nuts, garage door opener and a suede cloth-wrapped steering wheel have been dropped.
A new option across the range is in-car wi-fi, which includes 20GB of complementary 4G data every month. It uses an embedded SIM and is available under an annual subscription.
There’s been a shuffling of interior and exterior colours. Lantau Bronze and Ostuni Pearl White exterior finishes are in, while Yulong White is out.
A tow hitch receiver is now a dealer-fitted accessory.

The 2022 Land Rover Discovery Sport is available with a choice of turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines.
The turbo-diesel produces 120kW of power and 380Nm in D163 guise and 150kW and 430Nm in D204 guise.
The turbo-petrol produces 147kW and 320Nm in P200 guise and 183kW and 365Nm in the P250.
All Discovery Sport models are all-wheel drive and use a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Claimed 0-100km/h times are 10.6 seconds in the D163, 9.2 seconds in the P200, 8.9 seconds in the D200, and 8.1 seconds in the P250.
The 2022 Land Rover Discovery Sport uses 5.7L/100km in diesel variants and 8.1L/100km in petrol variants, regardless of the tune.
Petrol models require 95RON premium unleaded fuel and have a 67L fuel tank, while diesel models have a 65L fuel tank.
The 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport measures 4597mm long, 2069mm wide and 1727mm tall with a 2741mm wheelbase.
With all three rows of seating up, luggage space is 157L. This expands to 1179L with the third row folded and 1651L with the second and third rows folded.
Unbraked towing capacity is 750kg, while braked towing capacity is 2000kg on petrol models and 2200kg on diesel models. Maximum towball download is 100kg.
Wading depth is 600mm, while its approach angle is 22.8 degrees, its departure angle is 28.2 degrees, and its breakover angle is 20.6 degrees.
The Land Rover Discovery Sport is backed by a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty with five years of roadside assistance.
Land Rover offers a five-year, 102,000km servicing plan across the range, which costs $1950.
The Land Rover Discovery Sport has a five-star ANCAP rating based on testing carried out in 2014.
It scored 93 per cent for adult occupant protection, 83 per cent for child occupant protection, 69 per cent for pedestrian protection, and 82 per cent for safety assist.
