The Jaguar F-Pace, the brand’s largest SUV (for now), has been treated to a substantial refresh for 2021.
There’s a new, more upscale interior, Jaguar Land Rover’s new Pivi Pro infotainment system, and new inline six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines.
The base price has been reduced by almost $2000 while the range has been pared back to just six models, down from 17.
Prices range from $74,990 before on-road costs for the R-Dynamic S P250 to $141,040 before on-roads for the SVR.
All prices exclude on-road costs.
The 2021 Jaguar F-Pace range is available with four different engines.
P250 models use a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 184kW of power and 365Nm of torque. It has a claimed 0-100km/h time of 7.3 seconds.
The D300 uses a 3.0-litre inline-six turbo-diesel producing 221kW of power and 650Nm of torque. It uses a 48V mild-hybrid system and has a claimed 0-100km/h time of 6.4 seconds.
The P400 uses a 3.0-litre inline-six petrol engine with an electric supercharger, twin-scroll turbocharger and 48V mild-hybrid system. Total output is 294kW of power and 550Nm of torque, while 0-100km/h takes just 5.4 seconds.
The range-topping SVR has a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine producing 405kW of power and 700Nm of torque. It has a 0-100km/h time of 4.0 seconds.
All F-Pace models use an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
The 2021 Jaguar F-Pace has a combined fuel economy of 7.4L/100km in the P250. Official fuel figures for the rest of the range haven’t been announced.
All petrol models require 95RON premium unleaded fuel.
The 2021 Jaguar F-Pace measures 4747mm long, 1664mm tall and 2175mm wide (2071mm excluding the mirrors), riding a 2874mm long wheelbase.
The SVR’s measurements differ slightly: it’s 4762mm long, 1670mm tall and 2175mm wide (2071mm excluding the mirrors).
The F-Pace has 755L of cargo volume (wet) behind the second row, expanding to 1804L with it folded.
Jaguar offers service plans across the F-Pace range, covering it for five years or 130,000, whichever comes first. These plans cost $1950 with the P250, $2650 with the D300, and $3750 with the SVR. Prices for the P400 have yet to be announced, though last year’s supercharged petrol V6 cost $2250.
All F-Paces are covered by a three-year, 100,000km warranty.
