Isuzu Ute Australia has recalled the 2021 D-Max Crew Cab to fix a problem with its rear seatbelt pretensioner.
According to Isuzu, the rear seat seatbelt pretensioner locking tab might not tension properly.
Update: Isuzu Australia has issued the following statement about the recall:
Isuzu Motors Limited have identified a potential concern across a limited number of 21MY Isuzu D-MAX Crew Cab models in which the Rear Seatbelt Pretensioner Electrical Connector may not be double locked.

“This could increase the risk of injury or, in the case of a serious accident, increase the risk of death to vehicle occupants.”

- Affected vehicles were built between June 22 and August 20, 2020.
