Skoda Australia director Lucie Kuhn expects the Czech brand to rocket back up the sales charts on the back of a wave of new model launches.

About the Skoda Octavia
The new Skoda Octavia is a medium-sized car offered in both 5D station wagon and 5D hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $39,590 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Select variant and topping out at $59,990 for the RS.
There are 4 variants of the Octavia available in Australia and this generation went on sale in November of 2024.
Engine options include 1.4L turbo (110kW/250Nm), 1.4L turbo petrol direct injection (110kW/250Nm), 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (140kW/320Nm) and 2.0L turbo (195kW/370Nm). Available with 8-speed automatic or 7-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
The new 2025 Octavia is offered with a 7 year, unlimited km warranty.
