A prestige dealership in New South Wales has advertised a 2021 Suzuki Jimny which is described as a “hybrid of a Suzuki Jimny and Mercedes-Benz G63” for $99,985 excluding on-road costs.
The ad is listed on both Carsales and the dealership’s website.
The dealership has reduced the sales price, previously listed at an even more eye-watering price of close to $115,000 before on-roads.
It wears a G-Class body kit with extensive Mercedes-Benz badging along the vehicle including, amusingly, G63 AMG and biturbo V8 badges.
There are side-mounted exhaust outlets, along with chunky fender flares and thick black rub strips.
There are also changes to the headlights and tail lights to make it resemble the iconic Mercedes.
The interior features lookalike air vents, a Mercedes badge on the steering wheel, leather seats with AMG logos, and ‘stars in the ceiling’.
The vehicle has 3000km on the clock and appears to have no changes to the engine tuning or configuration.
The dealer describes the vehicle as follows:
“Baby G! Introducing the ultimate off-road companion, the hybrid of a Suzuki Jimny and Mercedes Benz G63.
“This hybrid combines the Jimny’s rugged capabilities with the classic design of the G63. Tackle any terrain with ease, from rough back roads to steep mountains. With a compact size, yet spacious interior, you can bring all your gear and friends on your next adventure.
“Whether you’re exploring the great outdoors or simply need a reliable vehicle for your daily commute, this hybrid is the perfect solution. Don’t settle for just any off-road vehicle, upgrade to the hybrid of a Suzuki Jimny and Mercedes Benz G63.”
