The Mahindra XUV700 was revealed in 2021 and launched in Australia last year. It’s a seven-seat unibody SUV that competes against the likes of the Mitsubishi Outlander and Nissan X-Trail, among others.
This car is one of the most affordable seven-seat SUVs in Australia, though the entry-level LDV D90 is technically cheaper.
The only powertrain offered with the XUV700 in Australia is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol producing 149kW of power and 380Nm of torque. It’s mated to a six-speed automatic, with drive sent to the front wheels only.
