The Zeekr X will arrive in showrooms from October with a $56,900 price tag, making it a less expensive alternative to the Volvo EX30.
The 2025 Zeekr X has been priced for Australia, and it’ll arrive in showrooms next month at a discount relative to its Volvo EX30 twin-under-the-skin while going directly up against the best-selling Tesla Model Y.
Order books are now open for the Zeekr X, becoming the Geely-owned Chinese brand’s first foray into the Australian market.
Priced from $56,900 before on-road costs in rear-wheel drive (RWD) guise and $64,900 for the flagship all-wheel drive (AWD) grade, it undercuts the Volvo EX30 – with which it shares the same platform and drivetrains – by $3000 to $6390, respectively.

For prospective buyers who place an expression of interest for the Zeekr X through the brand’s local website before October 31, 2024, the carmaker will include a 12-month unlimited charging subscription through a to-be-confirmed charging partner, as well as include a 7kW home charger.
While the Zeekr X is close to the Volvo EX30 in terms of its physical footprint, its $56,900 list price makes it $1000 more than the entry-level Tesla Model Y RWD, which has proven to be Australia’s best-selling electric vehicle (EV).
Zeekr claims the X RWD can drive for up to 540km on a single charge, while the AWD manages 470km, both against the Australian Design Rules (ADR) lab test cycle.
