The facelifted Hyundai i30 Fastback N has been snapped at a Korean airport, with a sharper new look and updated interior hiding behind heavy camouflage.
The car pictured on N-Cars.netfeatures the new eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, set to arrive in the Australia i30 N early in 2021.
When it lands, the eight-speed DCT is expected to give the i30 N a significant volume boost in the sales race against the Volkswagen Golf GTI and Renault Megane RS.
Up front, the updated i30 N appears to have more aggressive headlights and a light signature in keeping with the wider i30 range, while the grille appears to have a larger honeycomb pattern than the current car.
It’s harder to make out the rear, but detail changes to the lights and bumpers are expected when the facelifted N launches. The car pictured here also has unique wheels compared to the current model.
Inside, the pictures appear to show the updated i30 N will feature the same interior updates as the wider i30 range, with a larger infotainment touchscreen than the 8.0-inch unit on the current car.
Check out our renders of the i30 N facelift below.
